Abuse means any of the following: Porn, (humor is *not* porn), Harrasing of other users, Crime of any kind or Defamation, Slander, Libel, Arguments that detract from the essential topic of the Chat (Romance in Singles, for instance), Religious or anti-religious Rants, Racism, violence, Fraud, continuing use of languages other than English, or deliberate posting to the wrong section, or using handles already in use by others (imposters), and 'Serious Abuse' (see below).
Abuse means you get blocked, and are no longer able to use this site. There is a $USD 50 application fee to be un-blocked, and this unblocking is solely at the discretion of the webmaster.

Abuse is decided by the webmaster who reads your postings. You agree to abide by the decision of the webmaster, which is final; there is no appeal. In the case of serious abuse - for example: multiple false identities, forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any posting, adopting of names and addresses for the purpose of cybersquatting; posting from a new adress after the old one has been blocked; posting any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements), posting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of such solicitation, complaining to CityNews advertisers about chat content or format, posting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, "stalking" or otherwise harassing another, harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including email addresses, without their consent - Users agree to submit to examination by qualified mental health professionals, and to pay CityNews' costs in tracking them down and getting a lifetime injunction requiring the User to abstain from use of the internet, to donate organs, including but not limited to blood & bone marrow as often as is allowed medically, to pay CityNews any money received for such organs as partial compensation for CityNews costs, and to refrain from conduct that might diminish the value of the organs, including but not limited to: use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, sex, sports, and the like, as well as pay all of CityNews costs in enforcing this. In addition the User waives all defenses and agrees to pay punitive damages in the amount of ten times CityNews' costs (including employee time at overtime rates) and lost profits.

In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and Nevada law, rules, and regulations, Nevada law, rules and regulations shall prevail and govern.
