Abuse means your Page gets removed (we bill you, and you agree to pay, $75 for a blocking fee) & you get blocked from use of the site.

Abuse is decided by the webmaster who reads your Page. You agree to abide by the decision of the webmaster, which is final; there is no appeal. Complaints from other users may also cause the webmaster to block you.
